A short but rather satisfying loop that develops among the Moltrasio Alpine pastures.
The route is very simple up to the Monti di Liscione, the descent, at least in the first part, is a bit more challenging (steep) but still fairly easy. If needed, you can descend via the Via Crucis from the Monti di Liscione.
There are few parking spots in the area, better to arrive by bus; from the stop, go back a few meters and take the road that rises to the right towards the Crotti locality. Here you arrive in ten minutes, take the mule track on the left that goes up to the Monti di Lenno (you can also start from Casalino or from here, there are some parking spots).
A little above the Monti di Lenno, a mostly flat path branches off to the right. We take it. The path is mostly flat and crosses several dry streams (I would say always, since at the end of April 2024 there is not a drop of water). We then arrive first at the few houses of Ca al Piano and finally to the Monti di Liscione, where the Via Crucis mule track arrives, from which you can descend if you want, by a more comfortable route.
Instead, we go back slightly and, at the small hut outside the village, we descend to the left on a path initially a bit confused and gradually clearer. We arrive after skirting the forest at Curbatt, a very panoramic point, and then at Borascia (an abandoned house in the woods).
We descend quickly to Pincirola with the path that after the deviation going up to Ca al Piano becomes a mule track.
From the small village we follow the road that first leads to the Cam Waterfall with a very short detour in the woods and then again to Crotti, just to vary, we descend to the state road via the stairs.
