The route starts at the parking lot of Bilka at the foot of Milleschauer. It initially leads through the small village and then turns eastward over wide meadows with a view over the Bohemian Central Mountains to the eastern foot of the mountain. Here begins a steep ascent over the east side and the north side to the summit. There, the hiker can expect a restaurant and a lookout tower with a comprehensive panoramic view. The descent leads down the west side in large steep switchbacks to the village of Cercice. From here it goes over open meadows with a wide view to the edge of the Ore Mountains back to the starting point, the village of Bilka, and then further down to the parking lot.
