The trails can also be used for spiritual hikes – turning the hike into an enjoyable meditative experience, offering an ideal balance to everyday stress.

The starting point of the tour is the parking lot at the Oase Steinerskirchen. Here in Steinerskirchen is the smallest parish of the Diocese of Augsburg, with the parish and pilgrimage church of the Annunciation of Mary and St. Michael. The church was built in the eighth century and renewed at the end of the 15th century. Right next to the church is the Oase Steinerskirchen, an educational center operated by the Heart of Jesus Missionaries.
 
From the parking lot, we follow the path to the foot of the mountain and then turn left to reach the peace chapel and the peace bells. The tour takes us into the forest where we can catch a magnificent view of the Paartal. Passing the Zieglerhof and Deimhausen, we pass through the industrial area and soon see the Kirner Chapel. Here we turn and return to Deimhausen. Passing the church and the old schoolhouse, we march through Beuern to Freinhausen. Hohenwarter Straße leads us to the village square with the parish church and the historic castle wall. From here, we make our way back.
