The pleasantly flat loop through the Marzoller Au is a great experience for both beginners and advanced runners. A particular highlight is the varied scenery along the route. Runners will certainly not get bored here.

#BreathHikingRoadbook
From the starting point WZ 1 on Reichenhaller Straße heading southwest, briefly continue on the paved foot-/bike path next to the federal highway at the town entrance, then turn sharply right to underpass the federal highway. On a sandy path through the floodplain forest past a biotope to the Piding pedestrian bridge. On the opposite Saalach riverbank, follow sandy paths upstream through the forest to the edge of the Pidingerau settlement area. At the playground, keep left to the dam path towards Staufenbrücke. There cross the pedestrian bridge and return on a sandy foot-/bike path past striking wetlands through the Marzoller Au back to the starting point. At Weißbach in the Marzoller Au, there are great water features for children to try out, dam building, and splashing around.
