From the valley end via the Martell high route to the Lyfia Alm, past the Rosimi hut to the Schluderalm and over the Stallwiese to Martell.
By the line bus from St. Maria in Schmelz to the starting point of the route at the valley end near the Enzian guest house. On the Martell high route you go up to the Enzian Alm and over the wide forest road no. 8 to the Lyfi Alm. From here, the high route follows marking 8 through the Kandlforest to the Rosimi hut. Following the marking further, you reach the Schluderalm. Continuing straight ahead, you hike along path no. 8 to the Stallwies. Shortly after the Stallwies farm, path no. 15 leads to Saugwies, from where you follow path 11 to the Premstl guesthouse and from there continue to Martell village (line bus).
