Roadbook
Starting from the hiking car park in Neusaß, follow the "R" marking southwards. The easily passable forest path initially leads past the impressive Neusaß solar field. Here electricity is produced for 1000 households. Following the path further, beside a shelter you also pass the authentic stone replica of the altar for Mars and Victoria. The Upper German-Raetian Limes is still very well perceptible here as you pass the remains of Roman watchtowers or the replica of a palisade. This is a great place to take a break. Further along the circular route, you will have the opportunity to pause briefly at the Jupiter bench or the forest sofa. A lasting memory can be taken home at the Roman photo wall.
