From the parking lot at the parish church of St. Margareta in Wieting, the path first leads a short distance west and then steadily uphill through the forest to the pilgrimage church Maria Hilf. Through the forest, it then continues south until reaching a meadow with a beautiful view in front of the Gipflerhof. After the farm, the path continues over a meadow and then back into the forest. Below the Zedlkogel it goes a short distance uphill and then downhill to the organic Sonnenhof Ratheiser. From there, follow the paved road towards Wieting, turn left before the bridge, and follow the pedestrian and bike path along the Görtschitz back into the town of Wieting.
