Roadbook
The massive peak of Monte Giner rises gracefully and accompanies you all the way to the Cornisello Mountain Hut (2,124 m), which can be reached via the forest road that climbs from the parking lot below.
After the refuge, continue along the dirt road until it joins Trail No. 238, “Guide Dallagiacoma.”
As you ascend the trail via several switchbacks, the route winds along the crest of a ridge, offering splendid views of Lake Cornisello and the peaks of Scarpacò, Serodoli, and Presanella.
It’s a short hike to the beautiful Lago Nero (2,233 m), whose surface reflects the east-facing Brenta Dolomites towering in the distance.
