Tourist information centre Bad Grönenbach
Here you hike through woods and meadows in absolute idyll across districts from Unterallgäu to Oberallgäu.
Starting at the fire station in Ittelsburg, the route goes towards Gsäng, through woods and meadows to Schilchern with its Arabian stud farm and paragliding ramp. The path leads with a great mountain view to the south through Hinterhalde to Bärenwies. Here a detour to the Kapf Chapel with its tower made of Nagelfluh rock is worthwhile. Downhill the path then leads to Schrattenbach. On the way back you go over the hamlet of Naiers, past the Pfefferhof (mountain view) and through one last wooded section to Ittelsburg.
