The start and finish is the village square of Ludwigswinkel. From there we always follow the sign Lindelskopf route. It goes over Landgrafenstraße past the seat of the Daniel-Theysohn Foundation with town hall and children's teaching garden through the valley floor to Petersbächler Straße. Here we turn left past the "Duck Pond" to the district road. This is crossed and on a forest path we reach the south side of Lindelskopf.
Those who want to climb the Lindelskopf viewing rock are led left by a path up the mountain (343m). The detour is worth it! From the south side the forest path continues to the nature reserve "Pfälzerwoog", a nature experience of a special kind. Through a beautiful forest landscape the path leads past the sculpture path and the barefoot path back to the starting point.

Safety information
Especially in autumn, attention should be paid to fallen leaves on the ground which can cover unevenness, roots, stones or holes in the path. After thunderstorms or rainstorms, trees can still fall or branches fall afterwards. Particularly in adverse weather conditions, there can be muddy and slippery passages on natural paths. Not all rocks or ravines are secured with ropes or railings. Surefootedness is required in places. You must expect path impairments of this kind when hiking. If you believe certain sections are impassable, you should avoid them. Despite the "unmistakable" marking of premium hiking trails, we recommend always carrying a suitable hiking map for safety reasons, so that in the event of a thunderstorm or emergency you can quickly find a safe area.
NOTE:
We strive to announce all closures caused by forestry work or hunting societies on this platform. Nevertheless, there can be situations where trails are closed and we may not have been informed. If you encounter closures or detours on site, please observe the notices for your own safety.
