Crettaz
Quiet walk with many 'postcard views' to the hamlet of Crettaz
From the terrace of Hotel Fabiola you can see Crettaz clearly. This charming group of houses is the goal of our walk. Among other things, you can admire a facade from 1666 there.

You descend the Route de Chaussy at the bus stop 'Fabiola'.

At the bus stop 'Les Esserts-Fontaine' you cross the Route des Esserts and go onto the Chemin des Mex which passes by modern chalets.

You stay on this road which, just before you reach the forest, makes a bend of almost 360°. You are now walking in the direction of Leysin and you come out in the hamlet of Crettaz.

Here you can admire the facade from 1666.

You continue to the bus stop 'Crettaz' and there you take the Route de Crettaz to the right.

At the junction past the farm, turn right, then go left and then right again. This brings you to the Route d’Avoullion which leads you to the Route des Esserts.

There you turn right and via the Route de Chaussy you arrive at Hotel Fabiola.
