Rondwandeling vanuit Lexmond langs het Merwedekanaal naar Meerkerk, vandaar over de Zederikkade naar de Lek en over de dijk terug.

Mooie wandeling door de Alblasserwaard. De 'echte' wandeling begint bij de Bastaardkade die eindigt bij het Merwedekanaal. Over het fietspad ga je verder naar Meerkerk. Daar begint de Zederikkade die langs natuurterrein De Zouweboezem komt en naar de Lek voert. Daar eindigt helaas de rust. Op mooie zon- en feestdagen trekt de dijk veel auto's, motoren en fietsers aan. Deze drukte valt redelijk te vermijden door zoveel mogelijk onder de dijk over het gras te lopen, maar aan het verkeerslawaai valt niet te ontkomen. De omgeving is wel fraai met uitzicht op de boten op de Lek.
De route gaat afwisselend over fietspaden, graskaden en geasfalteerde wegen.
