UPDATE: The drinks stations (filled with water from Hochwald-Sprudel, beers from the Kirner Privatbrauerei and wines from the Thielen-Feilen winery in Minheim/Mosel, the Gorges-Müller winery in Burgen/Mosel) and the Gindorf winery in Schweich/Mosel will be open again from April 4, 2026.
Please note: At the beverage stations, you will have to identify yourself with your ID card via so-called "age check readers". You can then purchase alcoholic drinks from the "Ebbes von Hei!" partners , butdon't forget to bring small change, as all drinks are paid for on a trust basis.
The "Lecker Pfädchen" can of course also be explored in the winter months. The restaurants in Thalfang invite you to stop for a bite to eat afterwards. The picnic bag with regional Ebbes von Hei products (available from the Thalfang tourist information office and the EDEKA supermarket) is also a good alternative.
The Lecker Pfädchen dream loop has been certified by the German Hiking Institute with 78 experience points.

Roadbook
The Genusswanderweg trail now leads through forests, past fields, orchards and small streams. Before arriving at the idyllically situated Dhronecken castle, we walk along the fruit tree nature trail. Once we arrive at the castle, we find the second enjoyment station below the castle tower. The trail now leads through the picturesque village of Dhronecken. We then enter an old deciduous forest and follow a steadily ascending path up to Reitzenhöhe. Once there, there are special views of the Hunsrück landscape for around 2 kilometers, accompanied by three special locations, the pleasure windows.
Once you reach the highest point, the last enjoyment station awaits just behind the Burtscheid barbecue hut. There you can enjoy chilled drinks and a magnificent view. Passing fields and orchards, the route descends gently to the water treading pool. If you like, you can walk the last kilometer barefoot, because from there we walk along the Thalfang barefoot path back to the starting point. Once you arrive in the climatic health resort of Thalfang, you can stop for a bite to eat at various restaurants serving Hunsrück cuisine, a café with an adjacent ice cream vending machine and other places to stop for refreshments. All are within walking distance of approx. 100 - 300 meters.
A small request to all hikers with four-legged friends: please keep your dogs on a lead - the wild animals and the natural landscape will thank you!
