From the village center of Koppl we follow the signposted path No. 73 along the village street to the Koppler Moor. After 1.5 km, the path branches left into the forest and leads us further over the east ridge towards Gaisbergspitz. Upon reaching the Gaisberg circular hiking trail, we follow it to the left up to the Zistelalm. Then continue on the marked path No. 73 over the Oberjudenberg to the Gersbergalm. We walk through the hotel complex and shortly afterwards turn right onto the Lambergsteig. Two ravines are crossed before we reach path No. 70. A short ascent awaits to the Nockstein. Back to Koppl we continue along the path until we reach a small open area. Immediately after this, we turn left again and follow path No. 70 towards the Gasthof zum Riedl. From there, take path 75 back to our starting point in the center of Koppl.
