Those who find the previously praised small Boè circuit too modest as a daily quota have the option to descend from Piz Boè via the Lichtenfelser path to the Franz-Kostner hut located in the east of the Sella in the Vallonkar and then return to the Pordoijoch via the southeastern Sella ring. This results in a vigorous mountain tour that not only offers the famous 360-degree panorama from Piz Boè but also provides insight into wild rock areas, thus even surpassing the small circuit in terms of scenery.
From the Pordoijoch by the Sass-Pordoi gondola up to Sass Pordoi and on a marked path to the east across the summit plateau, later steeply down to the right (southeast) over rock ledges to Forcella Pordoi, 2849 m. On trail no. 627, along scree slopes, level to the east to a junction. Straight ahead (trail no. 638) and up through the rocky flanks of Punta di Soèl in a left curve to the saddle before Piz Boè. Gentle ascent towards it, then ascend the steep southwest ridge over rock steps to Piz Boè, 3152 m (shelter).On trails no. 638 and 672 descend the north ridge (towards Rif. Boè) to the nearby Forcella dei Camorces with right turn to Lichtenfelser path (no. 672). On this path over the airy ridge of Cresta Stretta (wire ropes) northeast to the Ice Lakes notch, 2984 m, and up the ridge to the summit of Eisseespitze, Piz Lech Dlacè, 3009 m.
