Lakes & Floodplain Hike

Part of the path runs along the Donauauen circular route. The path is easy to walk, sometimes you have to climb over a few fallen trees. The beauty of the route is its naturalness. There is very little asphalt – in winter the path can therefore be muddy. With some luck, you can observe grey herons and deer. In summer, there is a swimming opportunity at the small Weiklersee. The start is the Pichlingersee / Schwaigauerstrasse bus stop or if you want more, you can park directly at Pichlingersee and thus circle 3 lakes.
