Author’s recommendation
Steep ascent from the parking lot, heading southwest. Afterwards: wonderful view from the ridge (camera + lens don't forget) and a leisurely descent with barbecue facility right by the lake.
Suitable for children from 8 years old.

Roadbook
We start from the parking lot with the steep ascent to the southwest. Good footwear, sure-footedness, and good fitness are required for the first 45 minutes of the ascent. The large rocks offer repeated opportunities to rest and enjoy the view.
After we have left the steep ascent behind, it goes gently over the ridge - either along the lake or a bit further west through the heath. Partly nature reserve.
The descent runs partly parallel to the ski slope and winds down through the forest in a serpentine form to the lake.
Once at the lake, you can take the opportunity to relax at a fire pit and grill, and - if you want - cool off in the mountain lake.
The last 20 minutes to the parking lot go through the forest on a narrow path with a slight ascent and the last few meters back along the road to the parking lot.
If you want, you can have a cool drink or coffee right at the parking lot in the cozy café.
