A beautiful getaway in the heart of the Vosges Massif, between forests, high-altitude grasslands, and granite rocks shaped by time. The path gently winds through beech forests, rises towards the open ridges, offering superb views of the surrounding valleys and, in clear weather, as far as the distant Alps.
Along the route, the hiker may encounter a herd of Vosgian cows, the murmur of a stream, and discover the most remarkable sequence of high-altitude lakes in the massif. A typical Vosges hike: peaceful, natural, and rich in history.
Panoramic route between glacial lakes, ridges, and Vosges forests. From Lac Blanc, the itinerary climbs to Rocher du Hans, follows the high grasslands of Gazon du Faing, then descends along the peaceful shores of Lac Noir and Forlet.
