The 1303 m high Kojen is the local mountain of the municipality of Riefensberg.
From there you can enjoy a unique view over the entire Vorderwald, the Allgäu, and all the way to Lake Constance.
Author’s recommendation
Only to the Kojenstein is not a full-day trip, combine with a visit to the Juppenwerkstatt in Riefensberg or the Hittisau water hiking trail.

From the parking lot, follow a hiking trail through the moor, then briefly steeply uphill to the Stone Gate and over the wooded ridge to the Kojenstein.
A few meters below the Kojen lies the Alpe Kojen in the valley, also called Schnapshütte. After the ascent, you can relax there comfortably. In the Kojen valley, there are other hiking trails that pass various huts and lead to the Hochhäderich.
