From the Gasthaus Fally in Ödenkirchen along the paved road to the Rams for about 1 km to the left to a place with a stone religious shrine. From there, head into the forest and turn onto the forest path towards Eselberg. The Eselberg 974 m is a forest summit (no summit cross, only a wooden sign attached to a tree). Continue along the forest path to the forest road, then along it to the paved road. Turn left there and follow a nice forest path downhill to the signpost "Kernstockwarte", then a short ascent to the Wolfenkogel (Kernstockwarte). Great view!!!! Go back the short ascent again and follow the path down a bit (signpost) towards Kirchberg. At the shrine, turn left into Kirchgraben and on to Kreithberg. At the signpost, turn left uphill towards Rams, Kreithberg, Ödenkirchen. On the road, turn right back to the starting point.
