Route 7 starts to descend from the small settlement of Chavouna, and passes by the old spring of the settlement. As in route 5, it is possible to connect with route 6. The destination of route 7 is Kaliskia beach, which can be reached by a rugged dirt road. Route 7 is the most demanding of the routes of Karthea, and uses mainly cobblestone paths and goat trails. It is worth mentioning the fact that there is no entrance sign, and there is a desalinated water supply station at the beginning of the route.
