This hike leads from the village center of Tösens up to the hillside terrace of Übersachsen. These hillside terraces were the site of the first settlement of the Upper Court and the transition from natural to cultural landscape thousands of years ago. Even today, people live and work here in old tradition and in harmony with the nature of the inner Alpine region. Due to the special climate and traditional farming methods, the meadows in Übersachsen offer an almost overwhelming colorful variety of meadow flowers and buzzing insects, nestled between picturesque hay barns and the typical "Huanza-Hüttn", those shelters where the wooden hay drying racks, the "Huanza", are stored.
