Hike to the Meiselstein Chapel
Short beautiful family hike.
From the parking lot above the Vorderploin farm, follow the road to the barrier of the Hochploin farm. From here, walk about 25 minutes to the Meiselsteinalm junction. There we turn right onto the forest road and at the next opportunity turn left onto the forest path to the Meiselstein Chapel. From here, walk another approx. 30 minutes along a beautiful hiking path to the Meiselstein Chapel. Once at the top, you have an excellent view of the Hochkönig and also in the direction of the Großglockner the mountain world can be clearly seen.
