Hike to Kreistenalm with magnificent panoramic view over the Salzach valley

Leisurely hike from Alpendorf to the Kreistenalm with a stunning panorama.
You start directly at Alpendorf. Past Oberforsthofalm, the first stretch goes along the panorama route. As the name suggests, you can expect a great panorama over the Salzach valley. At Hotel Gut Berg, you pass the mill towards Sternhof. The path is very well signposted. On the way back, you can take the Dachmann path behind the hut or return the same way.
Author’s recommendation
The Kreistenalm is also very suitable for children. There are lots of toys and a small petting zoo. If the path is too long for the children, you can also drive by car to Sternhof and start the hike from there.

Roadbook
You start at Alpendorf and go through the tunnel towards Oberforsthofalm - then continue on the panorama route to Hotel Gut Berg. After the stable, turn right uphill. After a short stretch on the asphalt, you pass Sternhof and enter the forest again. Then you can already see the Kreistenalm.
