From the top station of the Hochalp chairlift, you hike over a saddle to the north ascent of the Aggenstein, the "Langer Strich," which climbs via many switchbacks to just below the summit. It’s about a 10-minute climb over rocks to the summit. Downward, you pass the Bad Kissinger Hut and continue down for another 10 minutes. Here you turn left onto the path towards the Breitenbergbahn, which winds down the steep slope.
