Being on the road together and getting into conversation - finding new impulses for your own path.
Your hike starts and ends at Burg Scharfenstein, a beautiful castle in Eichsfeld with various attractions such as a whisky world, a hotel, and last but not least a wonderful view. The castle was built around 1200 by the Counts of Gleichen and is one of the few preserved medieval hill castles in Eichsfeld.
Through the Eichsfeld-Hainich-Werratal Nature Park, you walk past various highlights such as the Steinhagen Chapel and the "Beautiful View" Herrenberg. From the "Beautiful View" you can let your gaze wander over Eichsfeld during a picnic in the shelter.
