The 15 km long "Two Valleys Path" leads through the two idyllic valleys Erdenbach and Litzbach around the idyllic little village of Lutzerath with Driesch.
Before you set off…
It occasionally happens that trail sections have to be temporarily detoured or closed. Just check under https://www.gesundland-vulkaneifel.de/info/wege-info/.
The circular hiking trail starts in the middle of Lutzerath and leads you through Lutzerath into the Erdenbach valley. Here you find the first loop to Driesch. This way, a circular route of about 7 km can be walked. On shady paths along the Erdenbach it goes out of the valley into the warm sunshine. Across open fields and meadows you have views over Driesch and Lutzerath; the "Eifel Flag" offers a beautiful viewpoint for you. Before the next valley awaits you, you find the second loop to Driesch. This circular route is about 11 km long. Further on the Two Valleys Path, it goes down into the Litzbach valley. With the refreshing Litzbach by your side, you meet the Maare and Thermal Path that leads from Ulmen via Lutzerath to Bad Bertrich. Before the path ends in the village of Lutzerath, enjoy the panorama from the forest lounger over the GesundLand Vulkaneifel.
