Landscapes formed by the last ice age in the Kirchberg valley (south ridge) running from St. Gertraud to the south.
From St.Gertraud (1519 m) on trail 106 along the forest slope almost level to the Kirchbergbach stream and to the wide trail 108, on this trail in a mostly only slightly ascending hike through the Kirchberg Alm valley to the alpine pasture of the same name (1893 m); here turn left off trail 108, on a mostly steep footpath (M. 13) through the forest southeastwards to the Seefeld alpine pasture (2251 m). Now on footpath 13A north-eastwards up to a ridge (2416 m) and beyond down to the Inner Alplahner (2242 m). From there on footpath 14, mostly through steep woodland, down to the Kirchbergbach stream and on the valley path 108 and then 106 back out of the valley to the starting point.
