GeoTour: From the Bernauer Loipenhaus to the Ibacher Hochtal
South of the upper reaches of the Alb begins the flowing transition to the Hotzenwald, a part of the southern Black Forest characterized by secluded forests and sun-drenched open spaces, to which the Ibacher Hochtal also belongs. From Bernau, we make our way towards Ibach, skirting the Hotzenwald on its northern border. Along the way, beautiful viewpoints of the Alps and some interesting geo-spots await us, especially in the Taubenmoos nature reserve.
