From the picturesque Cala Pí, one of the most beautiful coastal hikes in Mallorca can be undertaken. The endpoint is Cap Blanc, which owes its name to the several meters thick white limestone layers embedded in the cliff face. In early summer, the scenic tour is accompanied by the many-voiced song of the cicadas.
From the Cala Pí club complex, we descend the stairway path to the beach (sign "Platja") of the bay, cut deep into the land like a fjord (good swimming opportunity). Directly behind the boathouse, a few steps and then a rocky path (caution, tree trunk running across at head height!) lead back up to the cliff edge. Once at the top, we turn left. Not only does the bay lie before us in all its splendor, but also the pirate lookout perched in an exposed position on the other side and the silhouette of Cabrera, Mallorca's little sister island, are not to be missed. The path runs along the cliff edge for the first few minutes, then meets a somewhat wider gravel cross path, which we follow to the left, then after 100 m turn left again onto a path (cairns). After 40 m, we turn left again. This way, we have circled around the initially hidden Cala Beltrán. At the Punta de Capocorp, the path disappears on the rocky coastal plateau.
