Countryside, banks of the small coastal river Frémur, and woodland nature are on the itinerary of this hike.
Starting from the tourist office in Ploubalay, this 11.6 km route crosses the town then winds through the countryside towards the small river Frémur. After following the left bank for about 3 km, the path moves away to reach the Bonas valleys before returning to the starting point.
Here you can discover the developments of this natural area such as the Bois-Joli and Pont-ès-Omnès dams, which allow for the management and regulation of species like the eel.
This walk is also suitable for mountain biking and horseback riding, and a variant allows shortening the route from Trochardais to the Omnès bridge.
