Fountain in Bertranges

1- Leaving the Domaine des Forges de La Vache, a tourist and cultural reception site (accommodations, concerts, exhibitions), turn right up to the junction with the D 138. Cross it and go straight on along the path to the Fontaine des Vaquets which gently descends to the washhouse. Turn right onto the Petite Forge path. At the end, turn left to reach the Town Hall.
2- Facing the Town Hall, go straight on along rue de Mouchy, heading towards Saint-Hélène. A few meters further, turn right at the back of the Place du 19 mars 1962, and take rue du Point du Jour. Continue straight until you reach the Bertherie forestry house. You leave the village of Raveau.
3- At the intersection, continue straight on the gravel path passing in front of the forestry house. At the first crossroads, turn left to reach the Fontaine des Bougers, 700m away. Take advantage of this very pleasant setting to take a short break.
4- Cross this area by taking the path that passes near the artificial forest pond, to find shortly after a grassy path. At the next crossing, continue straight.
5- After 700 m, at the fork, turn left and continue to the forest road. Go up to the right and follow this path to the end. Here, if you wish, you can take a left for 200 m to see the Fontaine de la Vache. Otherwise, turn directly right to return to the Domaine des Forges.
