The Extratour Basaltweg is a circular hiking trail starting at the Feuerberg, offering beautiful views. The basalt blocks lining numerous paths and the basalt summit Lösershag give this route its name.
On the nearly twelve km hike, some stamina is required due to several steep ascents - on Lösershag, Kellerstein, and Feuerberg. However, once the summits are conquered, you are rewarded with amazing views. With Lösershag, you also embark on a discovery tour into a primeval forest as it was before human intervention. The trail marker with the "red B" makes it easier to always find the right turning.
