Extremely varied hike over Eichel, Hauken, and Dickenberg. Combination of ridge, forest, and field hiking to beautiful viewpoints. All through pine and stone pines forest.
First, it goes around the Eichelberg with the viewpoints (Eichelplatte) at Eichelberg. Then under sandstone cliffs at Eichelberg eastward just below the ridge to Haukenberg and there to the viewpoint Hasenteller. From Hasenteller on a beautiful ridge to the summit of Eichelberg. Descent towards Schindhard, passing fields of the Bärenbrunner valley (Eilöchel) to Dickenberg. Then to Dickenberg with ridge hiking up to Sprinzel. There is a great viewpoint and a rock gate. Return via the Engelseugenbühl valley to the starting point. Orientation: there is no continuous hiking sign. Those unfamiliar with the area should carry a map or GPS. Trail types: 95% natural paths / trails: about 65% narrower trails, 25% forest roads
