The path leads you to the National Natural Heritage area Lübtheener Heide, which is part of the Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Through a wide forest path through a pine forest, you reach the tea house on the edge of the wide heath and dune landscape.
From there you enjoy a unique view of the impressive inland dune - by the way one of the largest still moving inland dunes in Germany.
