Devil's Garden - Primitive Loop
Not only a highlight for amateur geologists: This hike leads over seven spectacular stone arches in Arches National Park
The Devil's Garden Trail is unquestionably one of the most beautiful routes in the western USA: The fascinating rock formations, especially the seven stone arches, excite not only geologists! This route runs quite leisurely on the main path. Depending on your fitness and mood, you can of course also take detours off the Primitive Loop to the individual arches. One advantage of the detours: the paths to the individual arches are somewhat more demanding, but there are also fewer people on these side routes than on the main trail.
The arches include: Landscape Arch, Partition Arch, Navajo Arch, Double O Arch, Pine Tree Arch, Tunnel Arch, and Private Arch. The arches are so different that everyone can decide for themselves which they like best.
Be sure to pack enough water and sun protection, as the route is very sunny and it gets very hot here, especially in the summer months.

Start as early as possible: not only are the lighting conditions optimal in the morning, but you also avoid the midday heat!
