Discover the Camí de Ronda de Palamós on a 16.3 km loop in Girona, alternating coastal paths, beaches, and remarkable viewpoints.
From the start, the route first takes you to Cap Gros, a wooded promontory overlooking the coast, then winds towards the superb Castell de Sant Esteve de Mar, a medieval ruin overlooking the sea. Continue towards the Platja de Castell and Platja del Castell beaches, ideal for a break. Nearby, the Iberisches Oppidum (600 BC) recalls the ancient history of the coastline.
The path then passes intimate coves like Cala dels Pots and Cala Estreca, before reaching Cala del Crit. A detour to the summit of Puig Terme offers beautiful sea views. Finish with the magnificent Jardí Botànic de Cap Roig, a true Mediterranean botanical haven, before returning to the starting point.
