Start/Finish: Halle Hertingen
- From Hertingen town hall, the hike initially leads you along Hebelstraße and then left onto the path "Im Löhle" along a stream to Riedlinger Weg. Hike this path to the end of the valley and then turn left into the forest at the end of the meadows.
- After approx. 100 m you reach Sonnenholenweg and hike on it around the Sonnholen hill.
- You then leave the forest and descend along the agricultural path through a large vineyard via Hebelstraße back to the starting point.
Tip: The fountain in the center of Hertingen is dedicated to local poet Johann Peter Hebel. Hebel spent several years here
and worked as a vicar.
