In Brunegg ascend from the main street along the yellow markings following the signpost towards Schloss Brunegg. There follow the ridge westwards. Soon the Bronze Age hill settlement will be reached. Now it is not far to the viewpoint (P.645). A nice spot with two benches and a summit book, hidden in a box. In 10 minutes the radio mast on the Chestenberg will be reached. Here steeply down steps to a wide forest path. The return path to Schlossgasse continues via P.547 and P.506. From here follow the yellow markings downhill back to the main street in Brunegg.

    Roadbook

From Bunegg up to the castle of the same name (not accessible as it is privately owned). Here begins the ridge path. Pass the hill settlement up to the radio mast for some radio stations. Here steeply down steps to a wide forest path. Return on this path up to the castle Brunneg. Then back to the starting point on now familiar paths.
