Départ du parking de la plage au bord du Thaurion.

Le sentier longe le Thaurion (balisage GR).

En vue de l'usine hydroélectrique, monter à gauche sur l'éperon (bruyère) en direction du village.

Dans le village, prendre à gauche la rue de l'église (on abandonne le GR) puis la quitter à droite par un sentier descendant en direction de... St Jacques de Compostelle. Retourner au point de départ en longeant la rivière.

Le début du circuit passe dans la ZNIEFF (Zone Naturelle d'Intérêt Ecologique, Floristique et Faunistique) de la vallée du Thaurion. La fiche (n° 740120032) signale, entre autres, la présence de la genette d'Europe et du cincle plongeur (merle d'eau). Ouvrez les yeux !
