Beautiful short walk in the immediate surroundings of Lausanne. We start from the south of Bussigny station to reach the Venoge in a few minutes. A magnificent aquatic serpent through splendid trees.
As soon as we reach “La Pèlèria” we turn back on a higher road that runs along a vast clearing. Passage is only possible here if there are no shootings at the Effoliez shooting range nearby. Please inquire beforehand.
A short stretch of asphalt (not very pleasant but fortunately very short) and here we are on a much less frequented straight path that leads us directly to the village of Echandens. The view of Lausanne is magnificent.
In the center of the village stands the castle which we can admire, bordering the road.
The MBC bus line 702 connects the village to Bussigny or Morges.
