Traditional section hike to the Buschberg hut evening. Alternatively to the Weinviertlerweg, this route is somewhat shorter, but this approach is mostly on open terrain and thus rewarded with the beautiful hilly landscape.

Author’s recommendation
This hike can also be done as a circular route (combined with the Weinviertlerweg), but it would take about 8-9 hours.
It would be better to plan an overnight stay at the cozy Buschberg hut.
Otherwise, it is highly recommended to leave a second car at Buschberg in advance.
Be sure to climb the summit cross, a magnificent panoramic view awaits you from Weinviertel to the Czech Republic and Vienna.
Derived from the technical difficulty and the stamina requirements.

From the starting point VS Mistelbach, follow the Weinviertlerweg to Hüttendorf. Follow the cycle path "Blauburger" until crossing the tracks of the Zayatalbahn. Now you leave the cycle path and follow the trail into the valley basin. Previously, one could go up to the high path via a hollow way, but since it is overgrown, you must cross a magnificent field. This approach variant is also called the Pathfinder Trail. Once you reach the high path, follow it to the L10, where the path merges with the Jakobs and Weinviertlerweg. This section is very well signposted.
