Büchenbronner Höhe: Comfortable hiking with a view
Hike the diverse natural landscape on the heights between Nagold and Enz. From the observation tower, you have a panoramic view over extensive forests and spacious meadows.
Discover the diversity of the Northern Black Forest on a hike to the Büchenbronner Höhe. Your hike starts in the Schömberg district of Langenbrand, a place with certified healing climate, which you feel immediately as soon as you enter the forests. The path leads you idyllically through the Eulenbach valley, accompanied by the babbling brook, past the ski slope that transforms into a blooming flower meadow in summer. The route takes you through long forest sections before you get a first taste of the view from the tower at the Dr. Rosemarie Müller hut. From here, you can already see as far as the gold city of Pforzheim and beyond. The highlight of the hike is the observation tower on the Büchenbronner Höhe, which you reach via an idyllic natural path. Everyone who manages the steps is rewarded with a 360° view of the Northern Black Forest and the Pforzheim surroundings. You then continue via the Mittelweg through Engelsbrand back to the start.
