From Goldegg, the route goes over the Salzburger Sonnenterrasse via the Brauchtumsweg to the Böndlsee, where we can swim.
Our starting point Goldegg is centrally located yet away from through traffic in the midst of the Pongau Alps on the Salzburger Sonnenterrasse. On our hike, we get to know old customs through five display boards, circle the 1232 m high Buchberg, and can take a long break at the idyllically situated Böndlsee for swimming or dining. Back in Goldegg, the castle is worth a visit: it houses the internationally known painting academy, the Pongau local history museum, a cultural association, and a café.
