Boot journey "Wellness hike"
This stage hike focuses on wellness, hiking enjoyment, and culinary delights. The daily stages end in the spa towns of Bad Liebenzell, Bad Wildbad, and Bad Teinach.
Are you looking for the right combination of active holiday and relaxation? Then this is the right route! The wellness hike takes three days through the Northern Black Forest, combining varied nature, sometimes on paths, sometimes on wider trails with good accommodations, wellness offerings, and good cuisine.
The first stage starts in Bad Liebenzell and crosses the Lengenbachtal up to the heights near Schömberg. On the long-distance trail Mittelweg it continues to the royal spa town Bad Wildbad.
The second stage follows the former escape route of Count Eberhard and ends in Bad Teinach.
On the third day, most of the walk is on premium hiking trails via Zavelstein to Calw and further to Hirsau, returning to the starting point Bad Liebenzell.
Author’s recommendation
The monastery area in Hirsau is definitely worth a visit and you should plan a detour here to immerse yourself in past times.

Safety information
At Charlottenhöhe in Schömberg is the former building of the lung sanatorium. This building is at risk of collapse and therefore the area around it is generously closed off, but it can be walked through.
