The walk along the Tsittoret is mostly done by following the course of the bisse from Vermala. Occasionally, admire the exceptional panorama: La Dent Blanche, the Matterhorn, Obergabelhorn, Zinalrothorn, Weisshorn, etc., good reasons to catch your breath. During your route, a stop at the Hameau de Colombire is recommended. Here, you will discover how life was organized at the mayen, this typical Valais structure used as lodging for shepherds who took their flocks to spend the summer in the alpine pastures. You will also find a restaurant where you can refresh yourself and taste some typical local dishes. The continuation of the route is the most beautiful water section. It flows along a peaceful slope, generally wooded, rich in varied flora. The view is simply magical. Finally, the discovery of the Tièche Valley will be the ultimate reward for this day of walking.

The bisse also forms the route of the Chemin de l'air, a route made up of panels on the theme of air and atmospheric pollution and created by the State of Valais.

Public transport
The Crans-Montana resort is accessible from Sierre station via the SMC bus company or the funicular, as well as from Sion station by postal buses.
The free shuttles of the SMC bus company serve the entire Crans-Montana resort.
The closest stop to the hike is "Vermala Cervin" on line 432.

Directions
To reach Crans-Montana by car, take the A9 motorway (Rhône motorway) exit named "Sierre ouest". At the motorway exit, turn left and follow signs for "Sierre". At the roundabout, turn right. Continue for 500 meters, then at the entrance to Sierre, turn left towards "Crans-Montana". Once in Crans-Montana, follow the signs to Vermala. The journey time is about 25 minutes.

A paid parking is available at the start of the hike, in Vermala, Cervin.
