- From the Badehospitz, take the Kirchweg up to the Kaiser Wilhelm promenade
- Follow the promenade to the Kötschach Valley
- Turn left in the Kötschach Valley, cross the Kötschachbach, and follow the Gasteiner Höhenweg (Gamskarstraße) for 300 m.
- Then go straight on the Radernweg towards Kötschachdorf.
- Via Scheiblingstraße and Remsacherstraße, you will return to the Gasteiner Ache.
- Cross the Gasteiner Ache on Miesbichlstraße near the Bad Gastein Golfplatz bus stop.
- Now follow the path upstream, between the Gasteiner Ache and the Bad Gastein golf club. Near Kleinhofstraße, cross the Gasteiner Ache again.
- Turn right on Knollaustraße. The path at the end of this street leads you to the waterfalls of Bad Gastein and the Kraftwerk Café.
- Just before Kraftwerk, cross the Ache again and climb to Mozartplatz.
