Project 2021 ...   the challenge of the year.

    The BERMUDA TRIANGLE ALPIN!

    Behofen......Fürstenbrunn......Ruhgassing

Eddie Wimper and his companions have a new crazy plan that defies all imagination.

A mountain range, two countries, three girlfriends, a thousand mountains. One for all, all for one!

    Uh, yes, not the mountains.

    Distance 108 km
    26:04 h
    346 m
    341 m
    814 m
    468 m

Deviations from the direct line are allowed at any time!

However, highest peaks, huts, and bivouac boxes nearby must be reached.

All aids are allowed, shuttles of course, bus, car and bike must go to their limits and do their best to support the dream team's tremendous goal.

The suggestions for the daily stages can be adjusted at any time according to the weather and the local knowledge of the heroes.  Only giving up is not an option.

    Roadbook

    Day 1

    BISCHOFSHOFEN

B'hofen - Hochkeil, overnight at Arthur or Mitterfeld. Oh yes, those who want to stay at home can be flown out and in again. Everything is allowed that is not explicitly forbidden!

    Day 2

From the Arthurhaus via Erichhütte - Lauskopf - Pichlalm

I think you can stay overnight after 'pichln'.

    Day 3

It gets serious, from Filzensattel to Gabühel. Descent to Hintermoos and crossing the federal road.  Ascent to Natrun or Prinzenberg or whatever. Tom's hut is the overnight option. Cool playgrounds up there.

    Day 4

Descent from Prinzenberg and over the Schwalbenwand to RUHGASSING.

    Day 10

Car shuttle to Bachwinkl and over the Wiechenthaler hut  (delicious lunch) and Weißbachscharte to Ingolstädter Haus. Oxygen allowed.

    Day 11

Entirely to taste, either to Großer Hundstod and through Wimbachgries back to civilization or Watzmann crossing and overnight stay in the Watzmannhaus.

    Day 12

Shuttle to Bischofswiesen and across the Untersberg to FÜRSTENBRUNN

Has any of you ever done the Untersberg crossing??? How cool is THAT???

    Day 20

Now I'm stuck, I don't know my way around anymore. So: to the Bierfasslkopf. Götschen Barmsteine, Bad Dürnberg. Is there a 5-star hotel there?

    Day 21

Somehow there, I don’t know, over Göll or the Hagengebirge. Vroni, do you know the way?

Always south-southeast and avoiding hunters into Bluntautal Gasthof Bärenwirt?

    Day 22

To Tristkopf and somehow, no matter how, Eddie knows everything, into Imlautal.

    Day 23

With the last strength across the Jagerköpfl to the starting point.
