A nice circular route through the Leithagebirge. On the meadow "to the beautiful hunter" there was supposedly a forester's/hunting lodge in the past, of which only some concrete slabs remain.
This route is also often ridden with the mountain bike, but only part of it is approved as an MTB route (the "Bäckersteig route")

Roadbook
Parking in the curve "Sandgrubweg", right after the descent from Leithabergstrasse.
From there over the Hetscherlberg to the forest crossing at Saint Domenikus, turn right there and cross Leithabergstrasse (alternatively about 350m along Leithabergstrasse, then left to Buchkogelwarte).
Always follow the MTB route to the "beautiful hunter", then left across the meadow always following the marked path downhill to the brook crossing and further on marked paths.
In the last section of the route, then past the retention basin over the scout meadow and via roads back to the starting point.
