The route starts from the town of Bazzano, seat of the scattered municipality of Valsamoggia.
It starts from the convenient parking lot in front of the cemetery, leaving the fortress behind, which will be the last stop on this route.
Walking on comfortable asphalt, you leave the village and find yourself among landscapes dominated by gentle hills.
At the intersection with Via Montebudello, turn right towards Montebudello, and begin to gently climb. The panoramic points on the valley below follow one another with good frequency.
